Piece-by-piece traceability
Every cut, glass pane and unit carries its own QR code from the moment it is sent to production: shop-floor stations, packing, loading and the on-site check all read it, and the installed window keeps a public QR code for its after-sales service.
Shipping and deliveries
Scan-based packing with a label on every package, a vehicle planner and routes with estimated arrival times. Your own truck, a carrier or a container, with route sheet, packing list and CMR, plus signed delivery with photos from a phone.
On-site installation
Installation calendar with teams, public holidays and absences. On site, the installer ticks off every unit and glass pane by its QR code or by hand, with photos and a timestamp: the project shows what has been installed, the pace and the deviation from the plan.
After-sales service
The issue is opened by scanning the window's QR code or from the delivery, with a commitment date and an alert if it is missed. It is resolved with replacement material, a remade unit or an on-site repair, and closed with a signature and proof of service. Its cost comes off the project margin.
Real margins per project
Quoted, estimated and actual figures across the whole operation, with the actual cost of purchases, shop-floor clock-ins and installation. A health indicator for every project and a dashboard for management.

What is Nexus Clad?
Nexus Clad (formerly enCLAD) is the ventilated façade editor built into Nexus: it lays out the panels across the building, calculates cutting lists and machining, optimises sheet metal with nesting and exports machine-ready DXF files, connected to sales and production.
What is Nexus Shade?
Nexus Shade is the solar shading editor built into Nexus: it designs pergolas and awnings in 3D with the manufacturer's catalogue, calculates the bill of materials, machining and price live, and takes them to the quote and into production as just another line. How does Nexus control production (MES)?
The MES module releases orders to the factory, organises workstations, records times and shows production progress on the shop floor in real time, with planning by line.
How do I get started with Nexus?
It starts with a demo: we review your processes, users and integrations with you and prepare a proposal. There's no need to set everything up at once: Nexus is rolled out in phases.
Is there a minimum term?
Yes. The initial term is set out in the contract.
Does Nexus manage deliveries?
Yes, with the Shipping module: scan-based packing with a label on every package, a vehicle planner, routes with estimated arrival times, a loading checklist and signed delivery with photos from a phone. Your own truck, a carrier or a container, with route sheet, packing list and CMR.
What about after-sales?
The After-sales (SAT) module opens the issue by scanning the window's QR code or from the delivery, tracks the commitment date with an alert when it falls due, and resolves it with replacement material, a remade unit or an on-site repair. It is closed with a signature and proof of service, and its cost is charged to the project.
Does Nexus include Verifactu?
Yes. Both versions include invoicing with Verifactu (Spain's invoicing regulation, mandatory from January 2027) together with customers, sales, quotes and projects. More detail on the Verifactu for fabricators page.
What does concurrent user mean?
You pay for users who can work at the same time, not for every person who has an account.
What does the price include?
Hosting, support, updates and backups. Storage and optional modules are tailored to each project.
Can I move from Pro to Infinity later?
Yes. You start with Pro and later add stock, advanced integrations, Nexus AI or modules such as MES, shipping or after-sales, without changing systems or migrating data.
Does it work with my accountant?
Yes. Nexus exports your accounting data with templates for your accountant. It also invoices automatically or in consolidated batches (progress billing and down payments), emails the whole month's invoices in a single pass and keeps track of payments received, due dates and retentions.
Is it suitable for groups with several companies or factories?
Yes. Nexus handles several companies, factories and currencies in the same system. We'll go through your set-up together in the demo.
